1. Who we are

todayswall.com is operated by Todayswall, Istanbul, Türkiye (registration no. —). You can reach us at [email protected].

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not write on the wall.

2. What the service is

A new wall opens once a day at a random minute within a published window. Each wall has a limited number of places. When every place is taken, the wall is sealed and no further notes can be added to it.

A note is a short piece of text you place in one spot on one wall. Notes stay publicly visible as part of the archive.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to write a note. By writing you confirm that you are.

Reading the wall is open to everyone.

4. Writing a note

Choosing a spot holds it for a short period. If you do not finish before the hold expires, the spot returns to the wall.

Every note is checked automatically before payment. If it is rejected, you are not charged.

The price of a note is $5 unless shown otherwise at the time of writing. Taxes are handled by our payment provider and may be added at checkout.

There is a limit on how many notes one person may place on a single wall. We may refuse or cancel notes that appear to work around that limit.

5. Permanence, and its one exception

Notes cannot be edited or deleted by their authors. That permanence is the point of the service, and you should write with that in mind.

The exception is content that breaks these terms or the content rules, and content we are required to remove by law. Such a note is marked as removed, its text stops being displayed, and the fee for it is refunded.

We may also hide a note temporarily while a report about it is reviewed.

6. Your content and the licence you give us

You keep ownership of what you write. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, archive and reproduce your note as part of the wall, including in images of the wall used to present or promote the service.

You confirm that your note is yours to publish, that it does not infringe anyone’s rights, and that it does not reveal another person’s private information.

7. What may not be written

The content rules are part of these terms. In short: no hate, harassment, threats, sexual content, personal data, impersonation, advertising, links, or anything unlawful.

Anyone can report a note. Reports are reviewed by a person, not only by software.

8. Payment, refunds and chargebacks

Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record where applicable. We do not see or store your card details.

Refunds are described in the refund policy.

If a payment is reversed through a chargeback, the related note is removed from the wall.

9. Availability

We try to keep the service running and the archive intact, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Opening times are random by design and may shift.

We may change the number of places on future walls, the price, or the opening window. Changes never alter walls that are already sealed.

10. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change; material changes will be announced on the site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
