Content Rules
What belongs on the wall, what does not, and how removals work.
Last updated 2026-10-11
What the wall is for
Love, grief, gratitude, apologies, milestones, hope, jokes, promises. Notes people will be glad to find years later.
What is not allowed
Hate speech, slurs, harassment, threats or incitement to violence.
Sexual content, and anything involving minors in a sexual context.
Personal data: phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, identity or card numbers.
Accusations, insults or claims aimed at an identifiable private person.
Advertising, promotion, links, handles, promo codes and spam.
Impersonation of a real person or organisation.
Anything unlawful where the service is offered.
How we check
Every note is checked automatically before payment. If the check rejects it, you can reword it; you are not charged.
After publication, anyone can report a note. Reports from several different people put a note under review and hide it until a person decides.
If your note is removed
The text stops being displayed, a marker stays in its place, and the fee is refunded.
You can ask us to look again by writing to [email protected]. Include the wall date and the spot code.
Reporting
Use the report link on any note. If the note is about you and you did not agree to it, choose “About me” — those requests follow a separate, faster process.
Legal notices can also be sent to [email protected].
