Refund Policy

Before you pay

Content checks happen before payment. A rejected note costs nothing.

If a spot expires or is taken by someone else while you are writing, no payment is taken.

After the note is on the wall

A note is published immediately and cannot be edited or withdrawn, so we do not refund a change of mind.

Where consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal for digital content, you ask us to publish immediately and acknowledge that you lose that right once the note is on the wall. You confirm this when you pay.

When we refund

If we remove your note for breaking the rules or because we are legally required to, the fee is refunded.

If a technical fault means your note was charged but never appeared, the fee is refunded in full.

How refunds are made

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, usually within a few business days.

If a payment is reversed by a chargeback, the related note is removed from the wall.
